NTM Engineering is one of eight firms selected to receive the 2nd Annual Premier Award for Client Satisfaction from PSMJ Resources, Inc., an architecture/engineering/ construction (A/E/C) industry management consulting firm. The Premier Award, presented in partnership with DesignFacilitator, a web-based tool for client feedback collection, honors A/E/C firms that provide their clients with top quality communications, impressive performance, and cost-effective solutions.
As a civil engineering firm that specializes in water resources design, bridge design and inspection, and engineering instruction for public and private sector clients, NTM prides itself on meeting client schedules and providing quality deliverables.

Premier Award participants for 2011 included several dozen firms from the United States and Canada, including many with international offices. The firms ranged in size from 15 to over 3,000 employees and included architects, engineers, environmental consultants, and others–creating a diverse cross-section of professional services. Winners were selected based on both the quality of feedback received and the quantity of replies. Feedback quality is measured by score and also by consistency and the ability to avoid abnormally low scores. The average evaluation of these award-winning firms as a group centered in the “Exceeded Expectations” reply range, thus making them significantly more client-focused than other firms. None of the eight award winners had a single score below “Acceptable.”
In celebration of this achievement, PSMJ Resources will formally recognize the Premier Award winners at its Breakthrough 2012 Conference in Chicago, Illinois, on October 6-7, 2011.
