NTM Trainings
After years of experience developing courses for PennDOT and other clients, NTM began developing and delivering courses in 2011 and directly offers them to the industry. Training topics are selected based on our technical expertise and real-world project applications.
NTM is a Registered Continuing Education Provider (RCEP). Courses we offer include:

Course Locations
NTM courses may be offered at various locations, in-person, or via virtual delivery. In 2019, NTM opened our state-of-the-art training center in Dillsburg, just south of Harrisburg, PA, where we can host up to 30 people. Training may also be held at outside facilities across the state. If you would like NTM to hold a course at your location, please contact us.
Meet Our Training Team
Our team brings a unique combination of technical instruction, design, and policy experience that sets us apart as instructors. We bring our practical experience to the classroom to enhance the learning environment with real world applications. Our instructors have collectively taught over 250 offerings of hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), stormwater, and erosion and sediment control (E&S), and bridge design and inspections courses with special emphasis on design projects in Pennsylvania. Several of our instructors have been adjunct professors at various universities, including Penn State University, Villanova University, and others.
