As Director of NTM’s Hydrology & Hydraulics Division, Lino offers extensive project management and water resources engineering experience, having performed services across Pennsylvania for over 28 years. His professional career features PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission transportation projects, and he specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis and permitting related to highway and bridge designs. Lino is proficient utilizing various water resources engineering software, such as HEC-RAS, HY-8, SRH-2D/SMS, WMS, HEC-HMS, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. He is an instructor for PennDOT’s H&H and permitting training courses and was part of the course development team for the H&H Professional Development Series. Lino has also completed project management training through PSMJ Resources.
