Jade is a professional engineer and project manager with over 30 years of experience on numerous highway and bridge projects. He provides specialized expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) design and waterway permitting of bridges and culverts, along with erosion and sediment pollution control design and highway geometric design. Jade is also skilled in developing non-structural construction plans, cost estimates, specifications, and schedules. His design background includes roadway drainage design, stormwater management design, traffic capacity analysis, traffic control design, traffic signal design, and signing/pavement marking design. Jade also has experience preparing right-of-way plans and performing bridge safety inspections. He is proficient utilizing a variety of engineering software including HEC-RAS, HY-8, WMS, Microstation, and InRoads.
