We are pleased to welcome the following new team members.
Margaret Franson joined NTM on June 2 as a Designer in our Stormwater & Civil/Site Division in our State College office. She graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology. Margaret loves participating in RunDisney at Disney World and has two wonderful kids, William and Isabella.
Anthony Testa joined NTM on June 2 as an Environmental Scientist I in our Wayne office. He is a 2025 graduate of American University with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science. Anthony not only spends a “ridiculous” amount of time watching Philadelphia sports, but he also loves collecting sports memorabilia.
Roy Delevan joined NTM on June 9 as a Designer in our Structures & Transportation Division in our Dillsburg office. He is a 2025 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Roy runs around 10 miles a week and recently started rock climbing!
