We are pleased to welcome Rodney Martinez as our newest Senior Scientist in the Environmental Division!
Rodney joined NTM on February 2, 2026, in our Corporate Office. He brings over 20 years of experience, including wetland delineations, environmental site assessments, permitting, preparing environmental documents, conducting agency coordination, field surveys, infiltration testing, and CADD drafting. His background includes both transportation and private-sector projects, and he enjoys conducting fieldwork in all types of weather conditions.
