At the Best Places to Work in PA 2014 Awards Banquet on December 4 at the Lancaster Convention Center, NTM was named third on the list of Best Places to Work for small/medium companies in Pennsylvania. This was indeed an honor, as this is the first year that NTM participated in the program.
The awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors Pennsylvania’s best places of employment and highlights firms that benefit the state’s economy and its workforce. Employers are categorized based on number of U.S. employees, 25-249 employees and 250 or more employees. The Best Places to Work in PA program is a public/private partnership among Team Pennsylvania Foundation and the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management, and Central Penn Business Journal.
