NTM is proud to announce we were named to the Best Places to Work in PA list for the 9th year in a row! “We are especially proud of this award because it is employee-driven and very personal to our company’s culture and future growth,” says NTM President Donna Newell, MS, PE, CFM.
Best Places to Work in PA identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in Pennsylvania in three categories: small companies (15-99 employees), medium companies (100-249) and large companies (250 or more). The awards are held in partnership with Best Companies Group (BCG). The program is implemented through a two-part process designed to gather detailed data about each participating company, with Part One consisting of an employer questionnaire, and Part Two consisting of feedback from an employee survey.
NTM has made the list previous years, coming in at #3 in 2014, #2 in 2015, #3 in 2016, #2 in 2017, #5 in 2018, #2 in 2019, #11 in 2020, and #14 in 2021. Final ranking results for 2022 will be revealed at the awards banquet at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square in Lancaster, PA on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
