Holidays at NTM are some of the best times of the year. Since we can’t be together for our normal celebrations, we created a Holiday Challenge for our employees to connect with each other until we can be together again.
The Challenge included posting photos, recipes, and more on a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel. Themes included Holiday Traditions, Recipes, Holiday Decorations, and Gratitude and Giving. Prizes were awarded throughout the four-week competition.
While we had to celebrate the holidays apart this year, having this Challenge gave us an opportunity to catch a small glimpse into how each of our employees are celebrating with their loved ones and gave us the opportunity to learn more about what is special to each family.
