The Delaware Water Resources Regional Committee is scheduled to have their first meeting on January 14, 2020. The 17 member committee was selected to update the State Water Plan. The State Water Plan is a comprehensive planning document covering both groundwater and surface waters in the Commonwealth.
NTM Senior Project Manager Mark Bowen, PE, CFM was appointed to the Delaware Regional Water Plan Committee in March by the Governor of Pennsylvania. Mark was identified as one of four members required to have the education and experience in professions relating to water resources management, including engineering, hydrology, geology, planning, law, and economics.
