We are pleased to welcome Patrick Walsh, MS, PE to our Stormwater & Civil/Site Division! Patrick joined NTM on January 6, 2025, as a Design Engineer. He earned his Master of Science in Biological Systems Engineering with a minor in Water Resources Planning and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His experience includes working with industrial NPDES permits and guidance; reviewing land development, subdivision, and stormwater management plans; preparing MS4 annual reports; and more. Patrick has also volunteered with the Duncannon Appalachian Trail Community since 2017. He works out of our corporate office in Dillsburg, PA.
