NTM is pleased to welcome two new hires to our Transportation Department!
Damian Deltondo joined NTM on August 24, 2020 as a Designer. He is a recent graduate from Penn State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Damian will be working on roadway and water resources projects out of our Dillsburg office.
Benjamin Emm, PE joined NTM on September 8, 2020 as a Design Engineer. He received a bachelor’s of science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Lafayette College in 2010, where he also minored in Environmental Sciences. He has experience in highway engineering design, PS&E, E&S plans, and other transportation engineering experience. He will be working on roadway projects our of our Dillsburg office.
