NTM is pleased to welcome two new hires to our Stormwater Department!
Victoria (Tori) Reis, EIT joined NTM as a Designer in the Stormwater Department. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Tori earned her master’s degree in Civil and Water Resources Engineering from Villanova University. She works out of our Philadelphia office.
Caroline Houlihan joined NTM as a co-op student in the Stormwater Department. She is currently attending Drexel University, where she is pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering. She is set to graduate in June 2021. She works out of our Philadelphia office.
