NTM is pleased to welcome several new employees to our team!
Louis (Lou) Zampetti, EIT, CBSI joined NTM as a Designer/Bridge Inspector in our Structures & Transportation Division on April 4. He brings over seven years of experience in design and inspection and works out of our Dillsburg office.
Namita Sinha, MS, EIT joined NTM as Director of our Environmental Division on April 15. She brings over 24 years of experience and a wealth of project management and environmental experience. Namita is primarily out of our Dillsburg office.
Elizabeth Zink joined NTM as a Field Technician in our Stormwater and Civil/Site Division on April 22. She has a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science and is the 2021 recipient of the William W. Vernon Research Prize in Geology. She works out of our Dillsburg office.
Ethan Davies joined NTM as a Designer in our Stormwater and Civil/Site Division on May 20. He is a recent Penn State University graduate, with a degree in Civil Engineering. He works out of our Dillsburg office.
Tracy Kinzer, EIT joined NTM as a Designer in our Structures & Transportation Division on May 20. Tracy previously worked for NTM last summer as an intern and we’re happy to have him back full-time as he recently graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He works out of our Dillsburg office.
Kalexsia (Lexy) Lassak joined NTM as a Designer in our Hydrology & Hydraulics Division on June 3. Lexy is a recent graduate from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering – Food and Biological Process Engineering Option, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. She works out of our Dillsburg office.
Rachel Kaintz joined NTM as a summer intern in our Stormwater and Civil/Site Division on May 6. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027. She was the recipient of the Penn State Engineering Excellence Scholarship, and she is in the Penn State Blue Band. She works out of our Dillsburg office.
