NTM is excited to announce two new employees that have recently joined the NTM Team.
Deborah (Debbie) Berlin, EIT joined NTM in January as a designer in our Stormwater Department. She works out of our Philadelphia office. Debbie is a 2017 graduate of the University of Maryland, where she majored in Civil Engineering and Sustainability Studies. She has experience in stormwater design and H&H analyses.
Patricia (Patty) Brubaker, PE joined NTM in February as an engineer in our Stormwater Department. She works out of our Dillsburg office. Patty is a 2005 graduate of the University of Delaware, where she majored in Civil Engineering. She has experience in land development design, with a focus on stormwater, erosion and sediment control, and NPDES permits.
