The Overbrook Presbyterian Church project has recently been selected as one of the Philadelphia Water Department’s (PWD’s) Stormwater Pioneers for 2022!
The Stormwater Pioneers program recognizes the best in stormwater management on private property. For this year’s award, the PWD is honoring faith-based organizations across the city. An official awards ceremony will be held in March 2023.
NTM was contracted to design the green stormwater management for the Overbrook Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, PA. NTM assisted with obtaining approval of Greened Acre Retrofit Program (GARP) Grants from the PWD. The purpose of the project was to provide greened-acres in Philadelphia and to reduce the property owner’s stormwater billing rates. You can read more about the project and our services here.
