NTM is proud to announce we were named to the Best Places to Work in PA list for the 8th year in a row! “We are so proud of the NTM Team and the culture that we have created together to support each other to complete interesting work for our clients,” says NTM President Donna Newell, MS, PE, CFM.
The Best Places program is designed to recognize outstanding Pennsylvania places of employment and is a project of the Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ) in partnership with the Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – PA State Council, and Best Companies Group (BCG). The program is implemented through a two-part process designed to gather detailed data about each participating company, with Part One consisting of an employer questionnaire, and Part Two consisting of feedback from an employee survey.
NTM has made the list previous years, coming in at #3 in 2014, #2 in 2015, #3 in 2016, #2 in 2017, #5 in 2018, #2 in 2019, and #11 in 2020. Final ranking results for 2021 will be revealed at the virtual awards banquet in December.
