February 1, 2024, Dillsburg, PA — NTM Engineering, Inc. (NTM) is proud to announce new leadership promotions across our service areas. Within the executive team, Rachel Tereska, MS, PE has been promoted to Vice President, Hydrology & Hydraulics Division; Jeffrey MacKay, MS, PE, CPESC has been named Vice President of Stormwater & Civil/Site Division; and John Newell, MEng, PE, CBSI is named Vice President of Structures & Transportation Division.
Additionally, NTM has restructured to formalize additional leadership roles within each engineering group to help assist with business operations. Lino Magnelli, PE, has been promoted to Director, Hydrology & Hydraulics Division; Kevin Kozain, PE, CPESC has been promoted to Director, Stormwater & Civil/Site Division; and Chad Slothower, MS, PE, CBSI has been promoted to Director, Structures & Transportation Division.
