NTM President Donna Newell, MS, PE, CFM participated as a panel member at the WTS Central PA’s Executive Leader Panel event on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg in Camp Hill, PA. The event, moderated by Renee Sigel, FHWA Pennsylvania Division Administrator, featured prominent local female transportation leaders from both the private and public sectors. The panelists shared their knowledge and advice by highlighting projects, pathways, and experiences that have defined their careers. All proceeds from the event will help fund WTS Central PA scholarships, which are awarded each year to deserving young women pursuing a career in transportation. Other panel members include Jennie Granger, AICP, PennDOT Acting Director of Penn Ports; Melissa Batula, PE, PennDOT Highway Delivery Division Chief; and Lea Nadler, PE, President of Susquehanna Civil Inc.
