NTM Director of Geospatial Technologies and Watershed Management Paul DeBarry, PE, PH, GISP, D.WRE will be presenting at the ASHE North East Penn Section meeting on January 12, 2016, at Calarusso’s LaPalazzo, 450 Birney Avenue, Moosic, PA. He will be presenting “Blueprint for One of the Nation’s Largest SCM Maintenance Programs – PA Department of Transportation.” This presentation will cover the major SCM Maintenance Program’s overhaul to meet PennDOT’s MS4 and NPDES construction permit commitments. It will highlight the key program components, explain the numerous challenges, and give a preview of future program enhancements.
