NTM and Villanova University were requested by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) to make six presentations, one for each of the PA DEP regional offices as part of their DEP/CCD Chapter 102 Fall Training and Update Meetings. NTM Senior Project Manager Mark Derham Bowen, PE, CFM, CCR is presenting on the status of PCSM Manual release. The Manual, which Villanova, NTM, and PA DEP recently delivered in draft form, is anticipated to be published in the PA Bulletin soon to announce a 60-day public comment period.
Presentations were made in the Northwest, Southwest, and Northcentral sections. The Northeast section will be held on November 2, 2022; Southeast section will be held on November 4, 2022; and the Southcentral section will be held on November 9, 2022.
