We are proud to announce that NTM has been selected for two awards: Best Places to Work in PA and the 2018 Premier Award for Client Satisfaction!
NTM has once again been selected as a Best Place to Work in PA! In case you are new to the program or NTM, the Best Places program is designed to recognize outstanding Pennsylvania places of employment and is a project of the Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ) in partnership with the Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – PA State Council, and Best Companies Group (BCG). Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. NTM will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Thursday, November 29, 2018, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony. This is the fifth year in a row that NTM has made the list, coming in at #3 in 2014, #2 in 2015, #3 in 2016, and #2 in 2017. We are especially proud of this award because it is employee-driven and very personal to our company’s culture and future growth.

This prestigious designation goes to the A/E/C industry’s best and brightest who have figured out the secrets for delivering on their promises and creating truly satisfied clients. The Premier Award honors A/E/C firms that provide their clients with top quality communications, impressive performance, and cost-effective solutions and indicates a passion for client care and a commitment to excellent service delivery. This award was the result of data collected from 280,000 surveys across 300 firms. We were chosen based off of our excellent client feedback and continue to be a stand-out in our industry. NTM was one of eight firms to receive this award in 2011 and we are thrilled to be a repeat recipient.
