SR 0706 Section 504 Betterment Project

The SR 0706 Section 504 Betterment Project in Susquehanna County is the final design for approximately 3.5 miles of road, including a 1.5-mile-long center turn lane through a commercially developed area just east of Montrose Borough. NTM was responsible for the drainage design, Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Plan, Post-Construction Stormwater Management Plan, and NPDES permit. NTM was able to reduce the number of stormwater detention/infiltration facilities from 13 in the preliminary engineering phase to five in the final design.
