Newell Elected to ACNB Board
On May 1, 2012, at the ACNB Corporation Annual Meeting of Shareholders at its Gettysburg headquarters, NTM President Donna Newell, MS, PE, CFM was elected to a three-year term on the ACNB Corporation Board of Directors. Newell is a senior engineer and one of the founders of NTM Engineering, Inc., a civil engineering firm located in Dillsburg. She has more than 16 years of civil engineering experience and specializes in hydrology and hydraulics. Along with her consulting engineering experience, Ms. Newell develops and instructs professional development seminars on topics related to water resources. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
